I don't want to go into too much detail yet, but I've been riding my bike to work again and it feels good. This past week--May 8-14th--I rode 4 out of 5 weekdays for a total of about 30 miles. It isn't great, but it's a good start after being sedentary for so long. Next week I hope to have more miles, and then more the week after that.
